ResourcesScopeCompat
Creates a standalone ResourcesScope from a plain Android Context, for building a detached component tree outside a KComponent.render / ComponentScope — e.g. a dialog or bottom sheet constructed from a click handler. Prefer the ambient ComponentScope whenever one is available; this is a compatibility escape hatch, hence the Compat suffix.
Internally wraps androidContext in a fresh ComponentContext. A ResourcesScope (rather than a bare com.facebook.rendercore.BaseResourcesScope) is required because the DSL it unlocks — Row, Column, and widgets such as Card/Text — builds Litho components and therefore needs a ComponentContext, not just an Android Context.
This is the supported way to obtain a ResourcesScope from a plain Android Context.
