Kotlin property for accessing and setting the root component.

The getter returns _root directly. The setter is hidden from Java callers via @JvmSynthetic, so Java code will continue to use setRoot. The @JvmName annotation provides a unique JVM name to avoid conflicts with the existing setter method. Kotlin callers can use this property directly (e.g., componentTree.root = myComponent).

NOTE: The setter delegates to setRoot to ensure that mocking the method in tests also affects the Kotlin property accessor.
