ExactBoundsClickableSpan

Marker interface for ClickableSpan instances that should only respond to taps directly on the span text, ignoring the proximity-based expanded offset (clickableSpanExpandedOffset).

When a ClickableSpan implements this interface, TextDrawable will skip it during proximity-based hit testing, requiring an exact tap on the span's text bounds to trigger it.
