Shows the last committed layout if it was computed for constraints and renders root in the background, unless that layout is already for root. Returns false when nothing compatible can be shown, in which case the caller must render synchronously.
Parameters
postAtFront
posts the background render ahead of other queued work. Only safe on a handler the caller owns: on a shared layout thread it would jump ahead of other trees.
