Ports setDefaultFocusHighlightEnabled into components world. Only effective on API 26+ (Android O); a no-op on older API levels. Setting this property will cause the Component to be represented as a View at mount time if it wasn't going to already.

false to suppress the platform default focus highlight on the mounted View.
