findExpandedTouchTarget

Returns the Litho-managed View whose expanded touch bounds contain the host-local point.

If targets overlap, this uses the same reverse mount order as touch dispatch. This method does not dispatch a touch event and returns null when Litho's expansion delegate is not the active Android touchDelegate.
