enableAnimationFrameInvalidation

When true, animated values produced during the AnimationController frame callback are published through a same-frame invalidation path (StateUpdater.applyAnimationFrameUpdates) instead of the frame-deferred updateHookStateSync. When false, animation frames fall back to the previous frame-deferred behavior.
