subtreeCacheDeferredSkippedCount

Subset of subtreeCacheGateRejectCount: counts rejections (recording-time + splice-time) where the subtree's recording window walked through a DeferredLithoLayoutResult descendant. Used to quantify the cache-skip blast radius on RenderWithConstraints-rooted screens — every ancestor subtree above the deferred loses caching, so this counter is the canonical signal for whether the conservative gate is dominating cache-eligible records on a given workload.
