public interface ComparableDrawable

Comparable Drawable allows drawables to be compared by explicitly implementing the isEquivalentTo(ComparableDrawable). This allows drawables to be compared in a more meaningful way, instead of using Drawable#equals(Object) which only checks if the references are equal.
